Is cash accepted at the event?

The registration desk will not accept cash. Only major credit cards will be accepted. Many exhibitors accept cash as well as major credit cards for product sales.

Is parking available?

The Hotel has complimentary parking on-site for registered guests. Local attendees are encouraged to car pool as parking for guests not registered in the hotel will be provided on a space available basis only. 

CAN I BRING IN BEVERAGES AND/OR FOOD?

Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the venue. Concessions will be open during show hours for food and beverage selections.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

Bags are permitted at our show. There is no official bag policy.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No Personal Pets are allowed at the trade show or in classes. Only pets utilized for demos or contests are allowed at the show.

WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGES BEFORE THE SHOW?

Badges are not mailed out prior to the event. Email confirmations will be emailed to registered attendees before the show. You simply need to print your email confirmation and bring it to the registration desk for expedited entry.

ARE PHOTOS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL?

Taking photos of booths or products is not allowed at BeachFest Groom Expo.

ARE RECORDING DEVICES ALLOWED IN SEMINARS?

There are no voice or visual recording devices allowed in classrooms.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE TRADE SHOW FLOOR?

Children are permitted. Children of walking age must be registered and badged while on show site. Children 15 and under must always be under adult supervision and will not be permitted on the exhibit hall show floor during exhibitor move-in or move-out hours. Lost children announcements will not be made.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN SEMINARS?

Children must be 16 or older and registered to attend seminars. Lost children announcements will not be made.
